A Winter Blend Go-To!

The Riley’s LOVE quick go-to’s! Today I’ll show ya’ll one of our favorites! Now in this dish you can use any type of meat you like. We are quite fond of the Li’l Smokies so that’s what we’re using today. Get your chef coats on!

Here’s all you need:

Grab your bag of frozen winter blend (broccoli and cauliflower) and put it into a pot with your diced shallots, Li‘l Smokies, 3 tablespoons of butter and some salt and pepper to your liking. Sauté all together for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on how soft or crunchy you like your veggies. Add a roll to go with it and boom, that’s it!
